Summary of Position:

This position is a multi-faceted key position of a new team building a greenfield application that will be the cornerstone of all things Glowtouch! Based out of India, you will coordinate, help prioritize, drive and lead the execution of this project from idea to production. Leveraging your experience in agile and waterfall project management, you will organize, create an immediate impact with the projects you lead to completion.

Skills and Responsibilities:

6+ years of project management experience working in a Web application environment, ideally experience working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcer)
Experience building project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Skilled with project management tools including Jira, Asana, MS Project,etc
Effective meeting management – you can lead a room effectively
Manage cross-functional project teams to rapidly drive large projects to completion
Write user stories, technical requirements, business requirements and creative specifications to support the team in refining, sizing and executing sprint work
Manage the product backlog and partner with key internal stakeholders to achieve proper prioritization
Additional responsibilities, as business needs evolve
