Company Honored for the 11th Time
(Louisville, KY) – GlowTouch LLC, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider based in Louisville, KY, has won the “Best Services Exporter Award” from the Federation of Karnataka (India) Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) for the 11th time. The company was honored for its work in the Information Technology sector based on the value of goods exported, year over year percentage increase in growth, and total number of employees.

The award comes amid another year of continued growth for GlowTouch, which added new locations in San Antonio, Texas, Pasig City, Philippines, and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. While outsourced customer service is the biggest part of the company’s business, this award reflects its technology roots and a seasoned staff of software and application developers, engineers, and programmers who regularly create new products and platforms.
