Company Cited for Growth, Leadership, and Diversity
Louisville, KY, (November 18, 2022) – GlowTouch LLC, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider based in Louisville, KY, won three citations, including a Gold for Achievement in Growth, at the 19th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.
The award for growth capped a year that saw revenue increase significantly, the addition of four contact centers in four countries, and about two dozen new clients, with more of the same thus far in 2022. GlowTouch was also awarded:
· Silver for Best Female Entrepreneur, President and CEO Vidya Ravichandran
· Bronze, for Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion
GlowTouch has won previous Stevies for its handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, excellence among customer service outsourcing providers, and its use of impact sourcing to create economic opportunity for marginalized populations.
“The last few years have been nothing short of incredible as our team keeps rising to meet new challenges and bring the organization to this point,” said Ravichandran. “The award for growth is especially gratifying not just because of the new clients we have added, but also because of the existing businesses who have expanded their programs with us. Many of them have been with us for ten years and longer, some since day one, and their tenure shows how developing long-term partnerships is a cornerstone of how we operate.
