During June 2021, Louisville GlowTouch employees participated in the Top Workplaces survey process. The Courier-Journal program celebrates employers that go above and beyond to support their people.
Hundreds of survey results were tallied from many Metro Louisville and Southern Indiana businesses who entered in the small (>150 employees), midsize (150-499 employees), and large (500+ employees) categories. GlowTouch has been named a 2021 Top Workplace!
Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal. Only 22 companies made this year’s list, and GlowTouch was among 13 recognized in our category.
The Top Workplaces recognition is unique and not like other awards where results are decided on by volunteers or appointed judges. Employees are in essence the judges. Being recognized as a Louisville Top Workplace is based solely on employees’ comments and ratings offered in an anonymous and secure survey.
“Not only is this a great honor, but the fact that this recognition is based on employee feedback makes it even more special,” commented Michelle Castillo, Senior Vice-President of Corporate Services. “We consider these survey results very important and will learn from them to continue building a Putting People First workplace.”
