The company recently participated in industry trade shows Contact Center Week Nashville and ICMI Contact Center Demo Las Vegas, and at both events, GlowTouch executives invited booth visitors to spin the “Wheel of Giving.” The life-sized spinning wheel offered an engaging, meaningful way for participants to help decide how giving back initiatives will be allocated to three charities GlowTouch is associated with.
GlowTouch is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise company that has been providing personalized business outsourcing solutions—and a people-first philosophy–since 2002.
“Our people-centric culture means we put human care at the heart of everything we do for our employees, our clients, their customers, and the communities we serve,” said Vidya Ravichandran, President of GlowTouch, who founded the company in Louisville 17 years ago. “It’s important to us to fulfill our social responsibility by leading with our hearts and building a positive atmosphere of giving back.
