Arsh is a young and dynamic buy side professional with 7+ years of experience across M&A, sell side advisory, strategy and consulting. While he started as an engineer, he gained leadership experience across global organizations such as Avendus Capital, Accenture, IGT Solutions and Texas Instruments. Arsh is responsible for driving M&A at GlowTouch and takes care of everything from sourcing deals to closing.

His career spans across multiple industries including BPM, Digital & Tech and FS and involves hustle across handling clients, inhouse teams, investors and advisors amongst others.

Arsh is passionate about winning on the job and off as well. He follows and actively plays football and cricket. His curiosity has made him a frequent traveller, an advanced certified scuba diver and a trekker across Himalayan peaks.
