Our story

began in 2002.

GlowTouch LLC, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services provider based in Louisville, KY, is celebrating its 20th year in business this month.

From its inception, GlowTouch has grown into a global enterprise with seven contact center locations and thousands of agents who support clients in varying industries worldwide while cultivating its brand as The Uncommon BPO^TM.

There has been an evolution from an owner-led business to one where leadership and responsibility are more distributed, and it has been a thrill to see people take advantage of opportunities and discover their best selves.

Contest Guidelines

March through September, GlowTouch will hide the 20th Anniversary logo on our website in a different spot each month! When you find the logo, click on it to enter for your chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card!

Here are the guidelines:

By finding the hidden GlowTouch 20th Anniversary logo and completing the entry form, you are eligible to win a $50 Amazon
gift card. The contest will run monthly, from March through September 2022. Only one entry per person per month is allowed;
non-winners are allowed to enter each month; past winners are allowed to enter again, but with winnings limited to two
times/ two months ($100 total winnings).

Each month the GlowTouch 20th Anniversary logo will be hidden on the www.GlowTouch.com website. Once you have found the logo, you must complete the entry form to be eligible for the $50 Amazon gift card random drawing. On the first day of each month, the logo will be strategically hidden in a different location; each month’s contest runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, with the random drawing held on the 1st day of the following month.

Monthly winners will be notified either via email or phone. If there is no response after 3 attempts, a new winner will be selected from a new random drawing.

By supplying your contact information, you authorize GlowTouch to contact you directly by email or phone. We’re committed to your privacy; the information you have provided is for GlowTouch use only. GlowTouch will use the information you have provided us to contact you about winning the hidden logo contest and/or in response to other information or requests you have made in this entry form.
